“I don’t nitpick people in their clumsiness to love.” (Kara Tippetts)
I’m guilty of this, how about you? I analyse (nitpick) expressions of love: others’ and my own. Doesn’t that restrict our accepting and giving love?
My challenge to myself: I will keep stretching myself to express love. Even though I won’t do it perfectly. I will mess up. I will feel awkward.
But I won’t be critical of my clumsiness as I love others. Or critical of others’ clumsiness as they love me.
